For our service design project, we chose to focus on the bike storage at Delft Central Station, simply because of a well-known problem: the time loss to find a free spot.
So, how can we efficiently find a free spot in the parking lot ?
From this simple question, we went through different stages, starting by an exploration phase, followed by creation and reflection.
